Des is a great communicator and provides you with timely and simple to understand advice. We had a glitch with the deck we had chosen, being unavailable at the time - no problem - we were offered a similiar but upgraded composite board which looks fantastic. Des's crew were at my home for a period of 4 weeks and I could not fault them for workmanship, manners and customer service.
