Frequently Asked Questions
How long does account approval take?
Once we’ve received your completed form and verified your ABN, approval normally takes one business day. Your welcome email will include the current price list
Is there a minimum order value or pack size?
No minimum dollar value, but composite boards and Quickboard® ceiling panels must be ordered in full packs to ensure colour consistency.
Can I visit your showroom?
Yes, our showroom in Port Kennedy is open for you to explore our range of premium composite decking, ceiling linings, and other products.
What payment terms do you offer?
We run cash accounts only: payment in full (bank transfer or card) is required before we lodge your order with the warehouse. Card payments attract a 1.2 % surcharge.
Do you supply the fixings and clips?
All decking, cladding and screening orders can include the matching hidden-fix clips, screws, pedestals and trim, so you have a complete kit on site. Just let us know and we’ll include in the quote.
Can I get display boards or brochures for my clients?
Absolutely. Once payment clears we’ll email confirmation so you (or your courier) can collect from our warehouse.
Can I collect the goods myself?
Trade partners can pick up free sample packs and A4 brochures from our Port Kennedy showroom.
How do I find out stock information?
Stock is held at our local supplication warehouses. Contact our office for stock availability and minimum order quantities.
Do you offer delivery?
